The Exchange Club of Fontana is proud to host the Annual Fontana Days Festival, which will be held from May 30th through June 2nd, 2024. This annual fundraiser, which started in 1953, is the primary source of funding for this leading service organization. We have been dedicated to enriching the well-being of youth in the Fontana area. The funds raised at this event provide scholarships to the seven high schools of the Fontana Unified School District, support youth sports and activities, and collaborate with the law enforcement agencies of the city in providing funding for youth-oriented programs such as the Fontana Leadership Intervention Program (FLIP).
The 2024 Fontana Days Festival Theme is: “Let Freedom Ring”.
Due to the high-profile nature of this event, you don’t want to miss the opportunity of being actively involved. Not only does it contribute a great deal to the youth in our community, but it also provides local businesses with an opportunity to advertise their services to the thousands of people who enjoy the festivities each year. The Fontana Days Festival is written into the City Code and is put on with the full cooperation and assistance of the City of Fontana.
All sponsorship funds are tax-deductible donations. We need your support to help us maintain this tradition.

2024 Sponsorship Opportunities
The 111th Fontana Days Festival is fast approaching! The four-day event will be held from May 30th, 2024 thru June 2nd, 2024 at Veterans Park. Activities include Carnival Rides, Vendors and lots of exciting Live Entertainment. Your business or organization can participate in this fantastic, time-honored community event by becoming a sponsor. All proceeds pay for the cost of the event and support community youth projects and scholarships throughout the year. A variety of sponsorship levels are available and can be customized to meet your marketing needs.
Supreme Sponsor: $10,000
As a Supreme Sponsor, you are entitled to the following:
- Complimentary Booth space at Festival. (Must Commit to all four Days during open hours).
- Entitled to 8 Sets of 20 Carnival Tickets good all 4 days.
- Time permitting, business name on promotional fliers, news articles, and Marketing banner for all four days along event fence.
- Special acknowledgement through-out the event from the stage.
- Entertainment stage banner
- Recognition on the Exchange Club Website
Premiere Sponsor: $5,000
As a Premier Sponsor, you are entitled to the following:
- Entitled to 8 Sets of 20 Carnival Tickets good all 4 days.
- Time permitting, business name on promotional fliers, news articles, and Marketing banners for all four days along the event fence.
- Special acknowledgment throughout the event from the stage.
- Entertainment stage banner
- Recognition on the Exchange Club Website
Platinum Sponsor: $3,000
As a Platinum Sponsor, you are entitled to the following:
- Entitled to 4 Sets of 20 Carnival Tickets good all 4 days.
- Time permitting, business name on promotional fliers, news articles, and Marketing banners for all four days along the event fence.
- Special acknowledgment throughout the event from the stage.
- Recognition on the Exchange Club Website
Gold Sponsor: $2,000
As a Gold Sponsor, you are entitled to the following:
- Recognition on the Exchange Club Website
- Entitled to 2 Sets of 10 Carnival Tickets good all 4 days.
- Time permitting, business name on promotional fliers, news articles, and Marketing banners for all four days along the event fence.
- Special acknowledgment throughout the event from the stage
Give a Kid a Flag Sponsor: $1,500
5000 American Flags are given to kids along the parade route
Flag Sponsorship entitles You to the Following:
- Flag sponsor is announced at the Announcers stand repeatedly.
- Special acknowledgement throughout the event from the stage.
- Marketing banner for all four days along the event fence.
Silver Sponsor: $1,000
As a Silver Sponsor, you are entitled to the following:
- Time permitting, business name on promotional fliers, news articles, and Marketing banner (provided by donor) for all four days along the event fence.
- Special acknowledgment throughout the event from the stage.
Bronze Sponsor: $500
- Marketing banner (provided by donor) for all four days along the event fence.
Friends of Fontana Days Sponsor: Any Custom Dollar Amount
- All donors will have their names placed on a collaborative banner (provided by the Exchange Club) for all four days along the event fence.
