I hereby agree that the above is eligible as entered, and to release and hold harmless the management, or any of its members or agents, and/or the owners, managers of the grounds or location where this event is held from any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the participation of the above entry of this event.

NO THROWING CANDY FROM VEHICLES. Parade Participants found throwing candy from a vehicle will be removed from the parade immediately.
