With more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, she has built a reputation as a powerhouse in business. Her ventures include founding Empowering Success Now, a nonprofit that offers resources and educational support to youth, adults, and families. Additionally, McIntosh founded the Inland Empire Institute of Business and Technology College, home to the innovative 30-day digital skill badge program, designed to equip students with the technical skills needed to thrive in today’s economy.
A published author and widely recognized for her expertise, McIntosh has been featured in numerous prestigious publications, including Essence and Ebony, where she has shared her insights on business, leadership, and community empowerment.
