The Exchange Club’s Youth Leadership Impact Award is a Local and District Competition ONLY FOR STUDENTS CURRENTLY IN THE EXCEL CLUB. Students who win at the Local Club level (award $750) go on to compete at the District Level (award $2,500).

The Youth Leadership Impact Award recognizes a senior who has shown exceptional leadership and made a measurable, meaningful impact in an EXCEL Club at their school. The recipient is a student who leads by example, empowers those around them, and turns vision into action.

To be considered for the Local and District competitions, students must download the PDF and have all sections completed then TURNED IN TO STUDENT’S EXCEL CLUB ADVISOR.
